Sprockets are specially designed and committedto completely saving weight. The basis is an ultralight aluminium Alloy. The sprockets are CNC machined and any aluminium removed is replace with carbon. Not only of saving weight, but also for adding strength. The teeth are coated with ceramic. A Teflon based coating is diffused into the ceramic coating to reduce friction.
 
The is result is an ultralight sprocket, that has a longer stand time than an original steel sprocket, but with an extreme weight reduction. 
 
Available in 520, 525, and 530 configurations. All orders are custom orders. Orders can take up to 2-3 weeks (including shipping). In some cases, 520 stock configurations are readily available. Estimate time of arrival will be calculated at the close of the sale.
